Job Purpose: - To manage and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics operations ensuring timely dispatches customer satisfaction inventory accuracy transportation efficiency cost control and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience: - Automotive Auto Components Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Products Process Industries.

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

1. Strong knowledge of Outbound Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.
2. Expertise in WMS/SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems.
3. Inventory Management and Transportation Planning.
4. Customer Relationship Management.
5. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA.
6. Team Management and Leadership
7. Data Analysis and Reporting (Excel Power BI preferred).
8. Negotiation and Vendor Management.
9. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.
10. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
