INBDSWSoftware Architect

Roles & Responsibilities :
Were looking for an experienced Software Architect to join our organization in Bangalore this role you will be responsible for designing and defining the overall software architecture for our enterprise applications. You will work closely with development teams product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable secure and efficient technical solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to make well-informed architectural decisions that align with organizational goals.

• Design and define software architecture for enterprise-level applications ensuring scalability security and performance

• Lead technical design reviews and architecture decision-making processes across multiple projects

• Evaluate emerging technologies frameworks and platforms to recommend optimal solutions for organizational needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management development and operations to ensure architectural alignment

• Establish and enforce architectural standards best practices and coding guidelines across development teams

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to software engineers and development teams on architectural principles and design patterns

• Document architectural decisions system designs and technical specifications for clarity and future reference

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions

• Oversee the implementation of architectural standards and conduct code reviews to ensure compliance

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks in system design

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to software architecture
   

Qualifications :

• 8 years of professional experience in software development and engineering

• 5 years of demonstrated experience in a software architecture or senior technical leadership role

• Strong expertise in software design patterns system architecture and enterprise application development

• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems design

• Experience with API design RESTful services and integration patterns

• Solid understanding of database design both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases

• Strong knowledge of security best practices and secure software design principles

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java Python or C

• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot Docker and Kubernetes

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

• Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (preferred)

• Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability patterns (preferred)

• Proficiency with cloud platforms preferably Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with Google SDKs and AI. 

• Drive several GenAI projects for different business units from technical point of view 

• Turn vague ideas into runnable POCs/MVPs quickly iterate with stakeholders/users and help scale what works. 

• Build agent-based solutions (tool-using agents/workflows). Current toolset includes ADK and LangGraph (experience is a plus; strong fundamentals motivation to learn is enough). 

• Contribute fullstack pragmatically: work across the stack with depth in one area and willingness to learn the rest. 

  Technical Skills (Required) 

• Strong general dev fundamentals: clean code modular design solid debugging 

• Fast POC/MVP delivery: build demos quickly Agile (Scrum) Mindset 

• API integration: consume/build REST APIs auth basics integrate services 

• Git and code reviews; testing basics 

• Basic CI / CD Skills  

• Fullstack DevOps Mindset (Everyone is responsible for CI / CD terraform etc.) 

• GCP Skills: deploy a simple service using templates/guidance read logs/metrics basic IAM awareness 

•  Hard Skills (Nice to have) 

• Python (or strong willingness to pick it up quickly) 

• Lightweight UI prototyping (Streamlit / minimal web UI) for demo-ready MVPs 

• Terraform (basic): can read configs and do small changes with support 

• GitHub Actions familiarity 

• Containers (Docker) 

• Agents / orchestration: tool/function calling workflow/state retries/error handling evaluation 

• MLOps: CI/CD automated deployment 

• ADK and/or LangGraph (optional)

• High motivation / strong inner drive: wants to learn try iterate and improve fast 

• Product/outcome mindset (hypothesis experiment learn iterate) 

• Comfortable with ambiguity and context switching (multiple POCs in parallel)

• Pragmatic about processes: respects required governance but avoids process for process sake (understands must-do vs nice-to-do; looks for lightweight compliant solutions) 

• Self-learning: Keeping up to date with state of the art technologies frameworks and release from our main Technological partners like Google Microsoft etc. 

• Strong stakeholder communication (proactive updates no surprises)
