Job Summary

Import Export Manager

We are looking for an experienced Import Export Manager to handle end-to-end international trade operations ensuring smooth shipment movement and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage import and export documentation and customs clearance
Coordinate with freight forwarders CHA shipping lines and transporters
Ensure compliance with DGFT GST customs and trade regulations
Handle LC documentation and international payment terms
Monitor freight costs duties and shipment timelines
Prepare MIS reports and optimize logistics costs
Resolve shipment disputes claims and delays

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Commerce International Business Supply Chain or related field

5 years of experience in import-export operations

Strong knowledge of customs DGFT GST and trade compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Excellent coordination and negotiation skills

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline Strong analytical communication and leadership skills Experience in warehouse inventory and compliance management

Required Education:

Any Graduate related to the filed
