Job Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment operations for import and export consignments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers overseas agents carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement timely documentation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments.
- Manage shipment bookings scheduling and cargo tracking activities.
- Coordinate with customers overseas agents shipping lines and carriers.
- Ensure timely movement of cargo and follow up on operational activities.
- Prepare verify and maintain shipping documents and operational records.
- Provide regular shipment status updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve shipment-related operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in all logistics documentation.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless shipment execution.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Import/Export Coordination or Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Experience handling shipment documentation and operational execution.
- Familiarity with international logistics processes and customer coordination.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics Commerce Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
