Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage RSA SecurID / RSA Authentication Manager for MFA
• Design and support identity lifecycle management (provisioning de-provisioning access reviews) RSA AFX Environment
• Integrate RSA IAM with AD LDAP VPNs web apps APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) HRMS Systems etc.
• Configure SSO and MFA policies for enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot authentication issues token failures and access incidents
• Support Zero Trust architecture initiatives
• Work with security teams for compliance audit and governance requirements
• Perform patching upgrades and health checks of RSA infrastructure
• Document IAM processes architecture and runbooks
• Handle and manage incident management Problem Management Change Management Service request management
• Ensure to handle End to end Major incidents from coordination to identify the root cause and share the RCA within 24 hours
• Ensure to analysis Risk within infra and share risk register with recommendation mitigation etc.
• Ensure to prepare the plan of action with impact analysis and follow the change management process as per customer standard process by raising the change till closure
• Identify and implement value adds by following the process.
• End to end operation BAU management with coordination with customer response to emails handle tickets
• Ensure to achieve the SLA Resolution
• Ensure to submit the Capacity report with technical documents once in quarters whenever asked and any other reports as per business requirement
• Ensure to submit the MIS report on monthly basis and data as and when required.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with RSA SecurID / RSA Authentication Manager
• Knowledge of MFA SSO Federation (SAML OAuth OIDC)
• Experience with Active Directory LDAP and identity stores
• Understanding of network security (VPN firewalls proxies)
• Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS IAM Azure AD)
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Python) is a plus
• Support IAM workflows for access requests approvals and audit compliance.
• Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adaptive access policies.
• Troubleshoot identity sync issues group policy enforcement and account provisioning errors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (IGL)
• Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
• Knowledge of Kubernetes / container security integration
• Experience in large enterprise environments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• 6 years of experience in IAM / Cybersecurity
• Relevant certifications (preferred): RSA Certified Professional Top of Form
