About The Job:

• The position requires preparing clear audit reports communicating findings to management tracking corrective actions and contributing to continuous improvement in governance risk management compliance and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

• Planning and executing risk-based internal audits.
• Performing walkthroughs and control testing.
• Reviewing process documentation.
• Evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Supporting SOX and IFC compliance through control testing documentation identification of deficiencies and monitoring of remediation actions.
• Conducting concurrent reviews of transactions and operational activities to identify exceptions irregularities and non-compliance on a timely basis.
• PV reviews.
• Validation of supporting documents and approvals.
• Ensuring transactions comply with established policies and procedures.
• Regular MIS review including analysis of management reports.
• Reconciliation of data.
• Identification of unusual trends or discrepancies.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information submitted to management.
• Preparing clear audit reports.
• Communicating findings to management.
• Tracking corrective actions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement in governance risk management compliance and operational efficiency.
