• System Management: Monitor and manage IT systems including servers networks and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Security Management: Ensure IT systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes configurations and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to align operational activities with business goals.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
