What awaits you/ Job Profile	System Management: Monitor and manage IT systems including servers networks and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency. Security Management: Ensure IT systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes configurations and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to align operational activities with business goals. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. Reporting: Generate and analyze operational reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
What should you bring along	Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks servers and applications. Experience with system administration and management tools. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies.
Must have skill	Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Good to have skills	Capability to identify opportunities for operational enhancements. Experience in implementing best practices to improve efficiency and performance. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices. Ability to ensure systems are secure and compliant with industry standards. Experience working in cross-functional teams to align IT operations with business objectives. Ability to coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
