Job Summary
Eligibility:
- Masters in human resource management (preferred)
- 812 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely salary and professional fee processing
- Tracking attendance maintaining leave records and processing payroll inputs
- Ensuring timely payments and statutory returns (PF ESIC PT Gratuity LWF)
- Managing employee exit processes and full & final settlements
- Maintaining compliance and supporting internal/statutory audits
- Leading and mentoring the payroll management team
