Job Summary
Job Purpose
To ensure a safe healthy and environmentally compliant manufacturing workplace by implementingKA HSEsystems& KA minimum HSE requirement supporting production operations meeting statutory requirements and driving continuous improvement in safety culture within an automotive plant environment.
Qualifications
B.E./(Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental / Industrial).
Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certificationmust.
48 years of EHS experience in automotive / Tier-1 / manufacturing plant.
Hands-on exposure to shop-floor safety statutory compliance and OEM audits.
Strong knowledge of Indian EHS laws and Factory Act.
Practical understanding of manufacturing processes.
Incident investigation & root cause analysis (5 Why / Fishbone).
Good communication and training skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Production Maintenance Quality HR & Admin).
MS Office proficiency.
