Job Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Lead (Outsourced) to oversee day-to-day HR systems operations manage a small support team and ensure the stability scalability and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.
This role balances operational excellence functional configuration and delivery discipline across releases testing and enhancements with a strong emphasis on Workday addition this role will partner closely with internal HR IT and data teams to support AI and people analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Operations & Team Leadership
Lead and manage a small team of outsourced HRIS analysts/support resources ensuring high-quality SLA-driven service delivery
Oversee intake prioritization and resolution of system issues enhancements and service requests
Establish and maintain operating rhythms (ticket management backlog grooming performance tracking)
Drive continuous improvement in support processes and documentation
Ensure standard controls and governance model is maintained
Release Management & Functional Testing
Partner with internal HRIS director on end-to-end release management lifecycle including planning coordination communication and deployment readiness
Lead functional testing efforts (UAT) including test strategy script development defect tracking and sign-off
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality low-risk deployments
Maintain governance over change control and release standards
Workday Configuration & Optimization
Provide hands-on Workday functional configuration support (Core HCM Business Process Framework security reporting and integrations support as applicable)
Identify opportunities to simplify standardize and optimize system configuration
Ensure alignment with business processes while maintaining system integrity and scalability
Support audits compliance requirements and data integrity controls
Data Reporting & AI Enablement
Oversee people analytics resource manage data governance reporting and analytics capabilities
Enable and support AI-driven initiatives by ensuring data quality and system readiness
Partner with managed service teams for Visier and Druid AI on system updates bug fixes and testing
Contribute to roadmap development for HR technology and data evolution

Qualifications :
Qualifications Required
5 years of Workday HRIS experience including hands-on configuration
Experience managing an HRIS support teams Strong background in release management and UAT coordination
Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in HR systems support
Solid understanding of HR processes (Core HCM Recruiting Payroll or related areas)Preferred
Experience supporting AI automation or data analytics initiatives within HR or enterprise systems
Familiarity with Workday reporting and/or integrations (Studio/EIB a plus)
Experience in global HR environments and multi-country deployments
Background in process optimization service delivery models or managed services environments
Graduate/Higher degree

Shift - US Shift - 5:30 pm to 2:30 am
