Job Summary

Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract retain and develop top talent across international geographies.

Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all people-related issues.

Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance reviews and development plans. Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations across geographies.

Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with rewards team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with local market practices and company policies.

HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders. Track key HR metrics and report on trends and areas for improvement.

Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives such as transition to independent entities etc. Provide guidance on change management best practices and ensure smooth transitions.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all geographies throughout. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and advise business leaders on potential impacts.

Capability building: Identify areas of capability development and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Partner with learning team to deliver learning initiatives.

Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across international geographies. Ensure that HR practices support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Who are we looking for

Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters Degree is preferred.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR with a focus on international HR management. Proven experience in talent management employee relations and performance management.

Capabilities:

o Strong execution orientation with the ability to drive projects independently.

o High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders

o Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

o Proficiency in MS office and data analytics tools.
