About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR leader for a high-impact leadership role requiring strong business partnering capabilities large-scale workforce management expertise and the ability to influence senior business stakeholders in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the strategic HR partner to the business leadership team. Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives for a large distributed employee population.
Drive HR strategy aligned to business growth productivity workforce capability and organizational objectives.
Partner with business leaders to drive productivity engagement retention and performance management outcomes.
Manage and influence HR delivery across multiple regions and Businesses.
Drive leadership hiring succession planning and talent review processes for critical business roles.
Lead large-scale employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across frontline and managerial workforce.
Drive HR analytics and data-led decision-making related to attrition manpower productivity span optimization and employee effectiveness.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Rewards L&D and HR Operations COEs to ensure seamless HR execution.
Enable change management and transformation initiatives across the business.
Ensure strong governance compliance and HR process discipline across the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile
MBA in HR from premier institutions or reputed business schools.
15 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
Proven experience managing large workforce populations & geographically distributed set up.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership.
Strong analytical orientation with exposure to HR metrics and productivity frameworks.
