What impact will you create

As a UI/UX Designer you will play a key role in designing and improving user interfaces and user experiences across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating intuitive engaging and consistent user experiences that align with the needs of users and business goals. Your designs will significantly enhance user satisfaction usability and accessibility of our digital products ensuring an optimal user journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

User-Centred Design:

o Conduct user research to understand user needs behaviours and pain points.

o Create user personas journey maps wireframes prototypes and design mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

o Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business objectives and user requirements.

Visual and Interaction Design:

o Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that enhance the aesthetic and usability of web and mobile applications.

o Ensure the design consistency accessibility and responsiveness of the UI across multiple devices and platforms.

o Implement design best practices to create intuitive navigation user flows and interactive elements.

Usability Testing and Feedback:

o Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions and improve the overall user experience.

o Analyze user feedback and usage data to make informed design improvements.

o Continuously iterate on designs based on testing and feedback to optimize performance and user satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and content teams to align design with the brand s vision and messaging.

o Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders collecting feedback and refining designs based on input.

Design System and Guidelines:

o Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.

o Stay updated on the latest design trends tools and technologies and introduce innovative solutions to enhance product design

Who are we looking for

Key Skills (Must Have)

Proven experience in creating user-centered designs and wireframes for web and mobile platforms.

Expertise in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.

Strong understanding of responsive design accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX.

Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing.

Proficiency in prototyping creating mock-ups and presenting design ideas to stakeholders.

Experience working closely with developers and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in design execution.

Key Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with design systems and atomic design principles.

Experience with animation and interaction design tools (e.g. Principle Framer).

Knowledge of user behaviour analytics tools such as Hotjar or Google Analytics.

Understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks for collaborative design and development.

Education

A bachelor s degree in design human-computer interaction or a related field.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered designs across multiple platforms.
