Role Overview:
we are seeking a Human Resources Specialist (on Randstad payroll) to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The role requires hands-on
experience with Workday strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening interview coordination offer management onboarding and candidate experience.
Handle hiring across technology sales and other business functions.
Manage recruitment activities on Workday including requisitions candidate tracking and reporting.
Partner with hiring managers to drive timely hiring outcomes.
Support onboarding and HR operations processes.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday (mandatory).
Experience in a global/multinational organization preferred.
Excellent English proficiency and business communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
