Role & responsibilities

Technical Skills & Process Knowledge

  • System Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) and Case Management/Ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow Zendesk).
  • HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of core HR processes policies and compliance procedures across multiple disciplines (e.g. benefits onboarding payroll data administration).
  • Content Management: Experience contributing to or maintaining internal Knowledge Bases (KBs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify patterns trends and key issues from partial ambiguous or conflicting data.
  • Advanced Problem Solving: Proven track record of evaluating unusual or non-routine situations and selecting effective solutions based on established procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Active mindset for efficiency; capability to modify work practices and identify opportunities to reduce inquiry volumes and streamline workflows.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Information Exchange: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex detailed HR information clearly to employees and leaders.
  • Teamwork & Mentorship: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to serve as an informal resource coach or peer-trainer for less experienced team members.
  • Accountability: High level of ownership over case management ensuring queries are tracked escalated appropriately and resolved with continuous feedback to the requestor
