The role involves sourcing screening shortlisting and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. Previous Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and internal databases.
Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate and client databases and ensure timely updates.
Support onboarding and documentation as required.
Preferred candidate profile
Previous experience in a recruitment or staffing agency is mandatory.
Strong communication and candidate-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
