HR Personnel Specialist

Our software development company in Delhi is seeking an HR Personnel Specialist to join our team. As an HR Personnel Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions and supporting our employees to ensure a positive work environment conducive to growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new employees

- Administer employee benefits and leave programs efficiently

- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws

- Support performance management processes to drive employee engagement

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proven experience in HR roles with knowledge of HR functions and best practices

- Familiarity with HRIS software and ATS platforms

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse teams

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR

- Experience in the software development industry is a plus
