Good knowledge of Saral Payroll software.

Experience working with COSEC APTA attendance/access control system.

Handling EPF ESIC PT and other statutory compliance activities.

Knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management.

Familiarity with employee onboarding and exit formalities.

Ability to maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Good communication coordination and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR policies.

Proficiency in MS Excel Word and email communication.
