HR Operations Manager
Job Summary
Dream Communication System LLC, a leading company in the communication industry in Mumbai, India, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with company objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and challenges
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations and people management
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to continuous process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Human Resources Management
- Experience working in the communication or technology industry
