As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless execution of HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding

- Monitor and enhance employee performance management systems

- Administer payroll and benefits programs accurately and timely

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proven experience in HR operations (1-10 years)

- Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
