HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR operations. Maintain employee records attendance and leave. Coordinate onboarding transfers exits and F&F. Payroll & Attendance Prepare payroll inputs. Manage attendance OT shifts and deductions. Resolve payroll queries. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance Handle PF ESIC PT LWF Bonus and Gratuity. Maintain statutory records. Coordinate audits and inspections. Employee Relations Handle grievances. Support disciplinary actions. Drive employee engagement. Contract Labour Management Coordinate with contractors. Verify compliance and wage records. HR Administration Maintain MIS reports. Support recruitment. Maintain confidentiality.
