About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional with a strong background in
manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in factory HR
operations payroll statutory compliance labour laws employee relations contract labour
management and HR administration.
HR Operations
Manage end-to-end HR operations.
Maintain employee records attendance and leave.
Coordinate onboarding transfers exits and F&F.
Payroll & Attendance
Prepare payroll inputs.
Manage attendance OT shifts and deductions.
Resolve payroll queries.
Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
Handle PF ESIC PT LWF Bonus and Gratuity.
Maintain statutory records.
Coordinate audits and inspections.
Employee Relations
Handle grievances.
Support disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement.
Contract Labour Management
Coordinate with contractors.
Verify compliance and wage records.
HR Administration
Maintain MIS reports.
Support recruitment.
Maintain confidentiality.
