HR Operations Executive (Fixed Term Contract 9 Months)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM IST
Contract: Fixed Term 9 Months

About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our People Operations team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

In this role youll support the end-to-end employee lifecycle working closely with Payroll HR Business Partners managers Finance and other stakeholders to deliver an outstanding employee experience. What Youll Be Doing

Youll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR Operations services by:

• Managing employee lifecycle activities including onboarding employment changes leave administration and offboarding.
• Preparing employment documentation and maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and other HR systems.
• Supporting monthly payroll activities by preparing and validating payroll inputs.
• Responding to HR Operations queries from employees and managers providing timely and professional support.
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities with key stakeholders.
• Conducting HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting employee benefits administration.
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For

Youll be successful in this role if you have:

• 23 years experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• A good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR administration.
• Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is an advantage).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive collaborative and customer-focused approach.
