Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports MIS and management presentations.
Requirements
Required Skills
Knowledge of labour laws statutory compliance and factory HR practices.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of PF ESI payroll and compliance management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ZOHO People and ZOHO ERP software
