Managing End to End HR for the manufactuirng Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR: recruitment onboarding appraisal Operation exit & F&F
- Ensure statutory compliance: EPF ESI PT Bonus Gratuity Factories Act POSH
- Manage factory license audits inspections and labour law requirements
- Handle employee insurance benefits engagement and administration
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / MSW / PG in HR
- 7 12 years HR experience managing HR from a manufacturing organization
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
- Ability to work independently with good communication skills
