Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager HR & Industrial Relations (HR-IR) to manage human resources operations and industrial relations at our manufacturing facility in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to employee relations statutory compliance labour laws union handling grievance management disciplinary procedures and factory HR practices within the automotive or auto component industry.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
Oversee manpower planning recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Drive employee engagement performance management and retention initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs for plant employees.
Maintain HR records employee databases and HR MIS reports.
Support performance appraisal promotions transfers and succession planning.
Industrial Relations
Maintain harmonious industrial relations across the manufacturing facility.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate with employee representatives and union members wherever applicable.
Conduct domestic enquiries and support disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with standing orders and company policies.
Develop proactive IR strategies to minimize disputes and improve workforce relations.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Industrial Relations.
Experience in manufacturing plant HR operations.
Union handling and collective bargaining exposure.
Grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Statutory compliance and labour law documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
HRMS SAP HR or ERP exposure preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
