ABOUT THE ROLE
IMBS is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in HR Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn & other channels
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews & joining
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
REQUIREMENTS
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment
Interest/background in HR or Recruitment preferred
Candidates comfortable with Work From Office
