HR Intern
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations allowing you to gain practical exposure in recruitment employee engagement HR administration and other day-to-day HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings scheduling interviews screening resumes initial candidate communications).
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain and update employee records HR databases and personnel files.
- Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing HR-related documents drafting memos and handling correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives (e.g. process improvements surveys policy reviews).
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role you must be:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Administration or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools.
