HIRING ALERT HR GENERALIST MUMBAI
We are hiring 2 Male HR Generalists for Shree Ramkrishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. (SRK Group).
Location: BKC Bandra East Mumbai
Experience: 25 Years
Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Work Mode: Work from Office 6 Days
Notice Period: Immediate to Max. 60 Days
Key Requirements
Gujarati candidates currently residing in Mumbai Mandatory
Gujarati proficiency Mandatory
23 years of relevant HR experience
Hands-on experience in HR Operations Administration & Payroll Management
Experience in Non-IT Recruitment preferably frontline staff hiring
Knowledge of Labour Laws & Employee Engagement
Strong knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance PF ESI Bonus Gratuity etc.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities
Strong coordination and organizational skills
