Responsibilites
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance leave and employee records
- Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll inputs
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel
- Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and exit formalities
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management on HR-related matters
Requirements
- MBA in HR / Human Resources with 13 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
- Hands-on experience in MIS and Payroll
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
- Good knowledge of attendance leave management payroll and general HR operations
- Male candidates preferred
