HR Generalist

We are looking for a Senior HR professional with 23 years of experience to lead recruitment manage junior HR team members and ensure smooth HR operations and timely hiring closures.

* Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of open positions.

* Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates for communication culture fit stability ownership and salary alignment.

*Manage candidate progression salary discussions offer rollouts and joining closures.

* Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle track and review KPIs for HR team members and employees.

* Monitor recruitment targets team productivity and employee complaints grievances disciplinary matters and compliance.

* Coordinate monthly payroll including attendance leave salary inputs and timely payroll mentor and monitor junior HR team members.

* Support revenue generation through effective manpower planning recruitment efficiency and employee operational issues resolve them promptly and escalate critical matters to management.

23 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience in team management training and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of KPI tracking and performance management.
• Experience handling employee complaints grievances and compliance matters.
• Basic knowledge of payroll attendance leave and salary processing.
• Strong communication interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment targets deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Strong reporting documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to identify problems handle escalations and take ownership of HR operations.
• Understanding of Hiring Process Performance Scorecard System and Exit Management Process.
