Job Summary
Tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aspirations.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the technology and finance sectors aligning with Ant-Techs mission to empower businesses and individuals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates providing comprehensive evaluations and recommendations to ensure optimal matches for client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of recruitment strategies adhering to Ant-Techs values of creativity empathy and mutual respect.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and labor market changes to provide strategic insights and advice to both clients and candidates fostering an environment of learning and open-mindedness.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in France.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
