Job Summary
Are you passionate about people culture and organizational growth One of our clientis looking for a driven HR Executive to join our team and lead key HR functions including recruitment employee engagement performance management and compliance.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive end-to-end hiring and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Maintain employee records and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Conduct reviews and support training programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
- 3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of recruitment payroll and employee engagement
