Designation - HR Compliance - Executive

Location: Thane ( Mumbai)

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 Years

Salary: 25000 in-hand ( Also Depends on your previous salary & Experience )

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive Compliance to manage end-to-end statutory and labour law compliances ensuring adherence to applicable Indian labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle monthly PF ESIC PT and LWF compliance including challans ECR and returns filing.

- Manage UAN generation PF transfers ESIC registrations and employee queries.

- Coordinate with payroll teams for statutory deductions and reconciliations.

- Monitor manpower and payroll vendors for statutory compliance.

- Maintain compliance calendars trackers licences and statutory records.

- Ensure compliance with Minimum Wages Contract Labour Bonus Gratuity POSH and Shops & Establishment requirements.

- Prepare monthly compliance MIS and support internal and external audits.

- Stay updated on labour law amendments and ensure timely implementation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances.

- Experience in PF ESIC PT LWF payroll and vendor compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel reconciliation and documentation.

- Ability to independently manage compliance across multiple locations.

Qualification: Graduate in HR Commerce or Law. Labour law certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Industry: Logistics warehousing or manpower-intensive industries.
