Develop and ensure real time HR dashboards through power BI in a systematic and standardised manner
Coordinate with all location (Plants Divisions and Corporate) and HR verticals for DDC data digitilization and HR automation requirements
Consolidate Monitor and drive HR metrics and analytics towards enabling data based decision making MIS reports Presentations
Managing Schedules & Communication coordinate for meetings and track minutes of meetings related to HR DDC
HR - IT enablement and digitializaton in sync with DDC requirement. Actively involve in various HR projects and other HR areas of work as assigned
Organise periodical reviews and ensure MIS in a timely manner
