Role & responsibilities:
Required Technical Skill Set: Storage (3PAR Alletra)
Administration of HP 3PAR Alletra and MSA storage devices.
Administration of Brocade and Cisco SAN switches
Perform Zoning for brocade and Cisco switches
Perform activities related to Install Configure and Managing SAN devices and Fiber switches
Manage storage Allocations De-Allocations Share creation Zoning and Hardware replacement Activities
Review System Performance and Efficiency.
Hands-on knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool Incident Change and Problem Management Process
Strong knowledge on Storeonce and Tape libraries.
Basic understanding of NAS storage.
Basic understanding of Hyper-V VMware
