Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth in the General Trade (GT) channel. The ideal candidate should have strong distributor management market expansion and team handling experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
  • Manage distributors and strengthen the General Trade network.
  • Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
  • Monitor competitor activities and implement market development initiatives.
  • Ensure effective stock availability merchandising and visibility.
  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and market feedback.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the General Trade (GT) channel.
  • Strong experience in distributor and channel management.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and territory development.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
