Job Title: Supervisor Civil Location: Kolkata Experience: 12 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Civil Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed as per drawings quality standards safety requirements and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site civil and construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers laborers and site teams. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve day-to-day construction issues. Monitor project progress manpower materials and equipment usage. Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain relevant documentation. Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment. Coordinate with Project Managers and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Assist in monitoring project costs and material usage. Guide and supervise junior staff and site laborers. Handle multiple project sites and travel as required. Requirements ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 12 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision. Good knowledge of construction processes materials and techniques. Ability to read and understand civil drawings blueprints and specifications. Knowledge of site safety and quality standards. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD MS Project or Primavera will be an advantage. Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
