We are looking for an experienced Shift Incharge Weaving to manage and supervise weaving loom shed operations ensuring optimum production loom efficiency quality and smooth shift operations.
- Manage day-to-day weaving loom shed operations during the assigned shift.
- Operate set troubleshoot and handle Picanol Rapier and Sulzer Rapier looms.
- Monitor and resolve loom stoppages weaving defects and breakdowns.
- Supervise loom operators quality checkers and other shift personnel.
- Monitor and improve loom efficiency production output and product quality.
- Maintain shift reports production records efficiency reports and breakdown data.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Quality Warping and Planning departments for smooth production.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper adherence to production and quality standards during the shift.
- Lead the shift team and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- 58 years of relevant experience in a weaving loom shed.
- Hands-on experience with Picanol Rapier and Sulzer Rapier looms.
- Strong experience in loom operation setting and troubleshooting.
- Currently handling loom stoppages defects and breakdowns.
- Currently supervising loom operators quality checkers and shift personnel.
- Experience in maintaining shift reports production records efficiency and breakdown data.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Good knowledge of loom efficiency production and quality improvement.
- Ability to coordinate with Maintenance Quality Warping and Planning teams.
- Strong team management communication and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma in Textile Engineering preferred; Degree holders with 56 years of relevant experience can be considered.
- Maximum 30% hike over current CTC.
- Candidate must have a clear background record with no absconding cases integrity violations or termination records.
- Joining: 1520 days preferred; maximum 30 days from offer.
