Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge Operations to manage plant operations shift manpower equipment performance and coordination with maintenance and other departments.
- Manage day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
- Handle and deploy shift manpower as per operational requirements.
- Monitor plant activities and achieve daily operational targets.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Safety and other departments.
- Monitor equipment performance and support breakdown/maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs safety and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.
- Supervise operators technicians and contract manpower.
- 6 years of experience in plant/industrial operations.
- Strong experience in end-to-end plant operations.
- Good knowledge of maintenance and breakdown coordination.
- Experience in manpower handling and shift management.
- Candidates from Metal Steel Mining Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Construction or Engineering industries preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and relocate to Visakhapatnam.
