Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with strong expertise in chocolate manufacturing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of chocolate production processes quality standards food safety regulations and quality control systems to ensure consistent product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities in the manufacturing unit.
Ensure compliance with food safety quality and regulatory standards.
Monitor chocolate manufacturing processes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct quality audits inspections and root cause analysis for quality issues.
Develop and maintain quality management systems SOPs and documentation.
Collaborate with production R&D and operations teams to ensure product consistency.
Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and customer satisfactio
