Job Description Production Supervisor Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Kharagpur West Bengal Experience: Minimum 2 Years Mandatory Industry Experience Coke Oven Plant / Coke Manufacturing Qualification Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a coke oven plant. The role involves achieving production targets maintaining quality and safety standards and ensuring smooth plant operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are met. Monitor coke oven operations to maintain efficiency and quality. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards SOPs and company policies. Maintain production records and prepare daily reports. Lead production teams and optimize manpower and equipment utilization. Resolve operational issues during shifts. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a Coke Oven Plant or similar manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in coke oven production is mandatory. Strong knowledge of production planning plant operations and safety procedures. Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work night shifts (2 weeks every month).
