CTC: Up to 8 LPA

Experience: 38 Years (Minimum 3 Years in Elevator/Lift Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales professional to drive sales for the Major Project Division (MPD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project sales within the elevator/lift industry and a strong network with builders consultants contractors and developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for the Major Project Division (MPD).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders consultants contractors and developers.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in tendering commercial negotiations and project discussions.


Requirements

  • 38 years of experience in Elevator/Lift Project Sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in handling major project sales.
  • Strong understanding of project sales tendering and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to work from Mumbai.
