Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Import Executive with 15 years of experience in Import/Export/Logistics to manage import documentation shipment coordination customs procedures and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle import documentation including Bill of Entry COO invoices packing lists etc.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines customs brokers freight forwarders and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures.
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Coordinate for required certifications licenses and approvals.
  • Resolve documentation customs and shipment-related issues.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Graduate with 15 years of relevant experience in Import/Export/Logistics.
  • Good knowledge of Import Documentation Customs Procedures and Incoterms.
  • Knowledge of certifications and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
  • Good MS Excel and digital tool skills.
  • Strong coordination communication and follow-up skills.
  • Should be active confident presentable and organized.
  • AI-friendly and willing to use AI tools to improve day-to-day work.
