Work Shift: Night shift (India) aligned with US West Coast business hours (approx. 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST; subject
to change during US daylight saving time)
Reporting To: US-based Compliance Manager
Role Overview
Support Companys expanding compliance program as part of an India-based compliance team
collaborating with teams across the globe. The role focuses on reviewing interview transcripts generated by human-
led and AI-led interviews with particular emphasis on compliance risks including material non-public information
(MNPI) defamation and sensitive content. The Analyst will help develop test and validate Companys AI
review tools while providing the human judgment layer required to take appropriate compliance action and escalate
if required before content reaches the library or clients.
Job Responsibilities
Review and evaluate AI-led and human-led interview transcripts identifying potential compliance risks
Ensure reviews are conducted in accordance with Companys compliance policies and procedures
adapting judgment as needed based on evolving guidelines
Serve as a key contributor to the development testing and validation of Companys AI compliance
review tools providing a human layer of oversight on AI-generated risk scores and flagged content
Investigate and cure compliance risks identified in flagged content escalating complex or high-risk cases to the
compliance team as required based on the risk level
Maintain and apply Companys compliance principles consistently ensuring published content never
creates a different impression of the underlying subject than the previous version
Support real-time compliance review of ongoing projects contributing to the firms interview-to-library
turnaround goals
Focus on solving nuanced compliance judgment calls across varied transcript content interpreting context to
apply the correct classification and action
