Job Title: Finance Head Location: Guwahati Experience: 15 Years Qualification: CA (Mandatory) Industry: Real Estate / Real Estate Development (Mandatory) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate must be a CA with 15 years of overall experience exclusively in the Real Estate industry managing residential and commercial project portfolios. The role requires expertise in RERA compliance project finance budgeting cash flow costing financial planning fundraising and treasury management. Key Responsibilities Lead Finance Accounts Treasury Taxation and Compliance functions. Manage project budgeting cash flow costing and financial planning for residential and commercial projects. Handle project funding through banks NBFCs construction finance LRDs and NCDs. Ensure RERA compliance escrow account management and statutory compliance. Oversee GST TDS Income Tax audits MIS and board reporting. Manage ERP-based financial systems and strengthen internal financial controls. Coordinate with investors lenders auditors and senior management. Lead and mentor the finance team across corporate and project locations Key Skills CA Qualification (Mandatory) Real Estate Finance Residential & Commercial Project Finance RERA Compliance Project Budgeting Cash Flow Management Costing & Financial Planning Fundraising Treasury Management Construction Finance GST TDS & Income Tax MIS & Financial Reporting ERP Systems Ind AS JV/JD Accounting Requirements CA qualification is mandatory. 15 years of overall experience exclusively in Real Estate / Real Estate Development. Strong experience in handling residential and commercial project portfolios. Hands-on expertise in RERA compliance project budgeting cash flow costing financial planning fundraising and treasury management. Prior experience as Finance Head Finance Controller or CFO in a Real Estate organization will be preferred.
