*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to handle testing troubleshooting installation support and servicing of our industrial products like AC Drives and PLCs.

*Eligibility:*

- Education: Diploma / in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication

- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good practical knowledge can also apply)

- Must have basic knowledge of electrical and electronics components.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Testing repairing and troubleshooting of AC Drives VFDs (ABB Allen Bradley) and PLCs

- Provide technical support to customers for installation and commissioning

- Diagnose faults and ensure quick resolution of service complaints

- Maintain service reports testing records and inventory of spare parts

- Coordinate with sales and purchase team for product requirements

- Visit client sites in Noida / Delhi NCR as and when required for service support

- Ensure quality checks of all products before dispatch

*Required Skills:*

- Good knowledge of AC Drives VFD PLC wiring and control circuits

- Ability to read electrical drawings and circuit diagrams

- Hands-on experience with multimeter soldering and testing tools

- Basic computer knowledge

- Good communication and problem-solving skill

Required Skills:

Installation & Setup: Mount wire and power up EPABX hardware trunk lines and intercom connections at client sites. Programming & Configuration: Set up user extensions Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call forwarding routing rules and voicemails. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose signal losses hardware glitches and damaged telephone cables using testing tools. Preventive Maintenance: Inspect systems regularly to clean update firmware and prevent unexpected network or switchboard failures. Client Support: Train end-users on system features and resolve day-to-day ticketing issues.

Required Education:

Education: ITI certification Diploma in Electronics Electrical or Communication Engineering (ECE/EEE).Technical Knowledge: Understanding of analog digital and IP-based PBX Basics: Familiarity with LAN SIP trunks routers and basic IP Familiarity: Experience working with major enterprise systems like Panasonic Matrix NEC or Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication for customer interactions.
