Hiring Drive for Crew Scheduling (Mumbai) By Invite only

Job Description:-

Operation Management:

Oversee daily crew movement coverage ensuring compliance with Flight Duty Time Limitation (FDTL managing crew accommodation and enhancing OTP. To coordinate with Network Planning / OCC and carry out required crew pattern changes in the published roster window.

2. Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory rules company policies.

3. Logistics and Hotel Booking:

Support hotel booking and logistic activities by processing hotel booking maintain inventory verify invoices coordinate transportation implement cost optimization measures and manage a comprehensive database. Create PNR for crew transfers.

4. Training planning:

Associates with line training planning and simulator planning for crew members

5. Recurrency and compliance:

Conduct required recurrent line checks prior to crew utilization for online flights.

6. Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager

7. An organized and detailed oriented candidate to handle crew schedule ensuring safety compliance regulatory adherence and upholding Airlines on Time Performance (OTP).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate
• Bachelors / Masters degree in aviation / Airline Management or related field.
