Provide first-level technical support by handling calls emails and tickets resolving issues within SLAs and ticket escalating.

  • Handle incoming calls emails and helpdesk tickets
  • Log categorize and prioritize issues in the helpdesk system
  • Provide Level 1 technical support and basic troubleshooting
  • Resolve / escalate issues within defined SLA timelines
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant L2/L3 teams
  • Track and follow up on escalated tickets until closure
  • Monitor and manage the helpdesk
  • Ensure adherence to response and resolution as per timelines
  • Communicate status updates clearly to users
  • Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions in system

Working knowledge in Computers MS software etc.
