The Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Ayer Neuroscience Instituteis seeking a Headache Specialistin ourpremier ambulatory multi-specialty neuroscience center opening in July 2026 in Norwich have a collaborative and inclusive model of care offering personalized coordinated care with excellent patient Neurologists or Internal Medicine physicians with fellowship training in Headache medicine are encouraged to apply.

• A renowned interdisciplinary team of providers who are focused on the diagnosis and treatment of all types of headache syndromes.
• Conduct clinical trials and research using state of the art technologies and treatments dedicated to finding new strategies to prevent and treat headaches.

This thoughtfully designed 18500 square-foot center will bring together headache general neurology epilepsy neuroimmunology neuromuscular stroke infusion neurosurgery pain management physiatry EEG/EMG and diagnostic imaging all under one roof. Neuromuscular headache pain management and neurosurgery services will expand to improve access to care and the East Regions first memory care clinic will be established. Additional onsite services will include primary care and rheumatology. Together these services will build a future-ready neuroscience destination that meets our communitys evolving needs.

Located in Eastern Connecticut along the Long Island SoundNorwich which is known as The Rose of New England is a city in New London County with a metro population of roughly 275000 residents. Qualifications: BC/BE Neurologists or Internal Medicine physicians with fellowship training in Headache medicine

This is a salaried position. While compensation is presented as an hourly rate for consistency across our postings this position is paid on a salary basis. The hiring range reflects a good faith estimate of pay for this position as of the posting date. Actual pay will be determined based on qualifications location internal equity and other factors that may include hire bonuses incentive pay plans loan repayment administrative stipends or relocation.
