Head Solution Architecture

Company: Our client a leading Fintech organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall solution architecture strategy for the Large Transformation Project.

Lead and manage a team of technical architects to design and build a scalable flexible and resilient cloud-based platform. Work closely with the Program Director and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Oversee the design and development of all cloud-based solutions framework design for measuring platform performance logging and observability framework security framework identity and IAM framework caching & queuing framework including microservices APIs RDBMS big data platforms and AI/ML solutions.

Cloud Native design architecture based on distributive architecture so that platform is cohesive modular extensible reusable and scalable.

Ensure that all solutions are compliant with all applicable security and industry standards.

Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution architecture team.

Mentor and coach junior solution architects.

Desired Profile:

Experience: 15 years

Experience in designing and building scalable flexible and resilient cloud architectures and solutions.

Experience in leading a team of designers developers and architects.

Experience in providing technical guidance and direction on projects from conception to execution.

Deep understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices.

Cloud Native design based on distributive architecture so that platform is cohesive modular extensible reusable and scalable.

Experience in Microservices Application Programming Interfaces (API) RDBMS integration of big data platforms and advanced analytics using AI/ML.

Proficient in Full stack development tools demonstrate knowledge of OOP design through Java/C#/Go or Python with expertise in RPA Jenkins etc.
